Alright Im brand new to Adobe photoshop and I just want a few tip on a couple of things.
First If I have a picture of my vehicle how do I seperate it from the background?
Then how would I go about importing it into another picture?
How would I enter text on that same picture?

text = click the text tool and click somewhere on the image. text tool is a "A"
cut vehicle out= select lasso tool, point to point. trace the outline of the car. make selection a new layer.
change backround= use lasso tool to select everythign u want to keep and then make it a new layer. then delete layer that is now underneath. paste in new image for the background and put it on a layer behind the stuff u want in front.
that is SUPER quick.
