I hope this is just for a joke, or some other reason. Because if you are seriously considering thaking that nice clean sedan that looks perfect as-is, and painting it "satin" black(which I am assuming you are refering to a semi-gloss if flat black is not what you want), then you are nuts.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Actually, my paint was called flat and it had more shine than that car. I believe that satin, matte, flat, and suede are different names for the same thing...
it looks good from 10ft away. But the front bumper is missing alot of clear and spidercracked the paint from an old guy backing into me. The trunk and the handles, and mirrors, are different shades of red. Oh and not to mention the rust on the driverside quarter that is spreading like wildfire and is will have to be cut out and replaced
I say body work, and time for some fresh Victory Red

definitely do this instead, it will look 100x better than all satin black. besides satin black would really only look good on an old 60-70 year old-rat rod, not a 10 year old sedan...
