It would be much easier if you found those rims already on the car(so you don't have white where brakes are supposed to be), and try to get the rims in the same position as your pic. I'll see what I can do for your drop.

Here is the drop. It's not the best cause I don't have my mouse for my laptop, but you get the idea.

Hey guys, it;s been forever since i've posted in here.. i love doing chops for people.. love the sunburst orange ( 04 cav' same color ) but here's my photoshop of it.. if you have any other requests let me know. i also shaved the handles, antenna, and tinted windows / lights in front for alittle more appeal..
