I've got a 50shot on my Cav. NX wet kit..only girl using my spray on the track at the Bash this year!!
Hey blue what times are you cutting with the auto 2200 on the 50 shot?
Nope..mid 16s. Thats only been on two tracks (Thompson last year and IRP this year) in 90 degree weather.
I went 16.0 on my wet ZEX 55 shot. Would have been faster but the bottle was half full and something is wrong with my bottle heater. So needless to say i was spraying with @!#$ty pressure. I def wanna break 15's. I hate 2.2's

Wow 16s on nitrous..........i would shoot myself.....OMG haha!
Hstyles you are auto? (please say yes please say yes)
I just saw that Bluezip was because I couldn't believe mid-16s.....then again it could be bad driver, aging engine, bad 60'ers, temp, track condition........

Fuel leaking from T fitting it's self the metal has a small crack and i pulled the t out an I just used some male to male adaptor to hook up the fuel line. So I got to go to the speed shop and get a new one
or possibly go to HomeDepot and hopefully find stuff i can use but i dont think they an assortment of fittings with ntp threds. I'll post when fixed. on a positive note to night i met an kid with a an 05 eco I/H/E and a shortie and i lost by 1 car on two races off the bottle on my 18's. But i dont think he was a good driver. Im going to sleep now. Later

I believe it.....I starting keeping up with eco's and Z24's with just I/E/PnP
I really really need a full header and JBP stg II cam then You'll be seeing possible high 14s-low 15s all motor.....
That's if I get this pulley and roller rocker set installed soon!

What did you run without the bottle then??
(Insert really cool picture of my car with some catchy name or slogan here)
yo, ive been pondering this for a bit. i wanna try and run a 100 shot (wet) theough my 2.2 on stock internaly and see what happens. also im looking for changing to the 1.6 rockers or whatever they were (cant remember right now). and add a header and full exhaust in the mix and see what happens. anyone run this size shot yet on the 2.2/2200 and if so what results did they get out of it? like times, power, etc.?
also i forgot to add my big reason for wanting a huge shot is because tonight i there was a 94 civic coupe with a nice heathy shot and i was just amazed at how it sounded/ran when he shot it. this guy raced a ws6 trans am and beat him.
damn edit button! given things would be colder plugs, fuel pump (maybe), fuel pump safty switch (maybe), high octain gas, and msd to retart timing and such. anything im missing? im not sure what the engine can take but i will find out!
You gotta remember why run was on a bottle half full and no bottle heater. I dunno what happened to mine or if im gunna need to get a new one. I had @!#$y preasure the hole night so i wasnt getting a nice shot. Ill def be in 15's with a full bottle and a heater....

Same way I feel. No more money is going into my car, except possible exterior parts. No more performance mods what so ever until i swap for a 2.4 or eco. Or most likely get a whole new car. Just tired of the OHV, maybe a better word would be frustrated.
Time to go to bed
1997 pontiac sunfire
2.2 OHV 2.4l coming soon
2.25 inch custom exhaust
WAI
RK Underdrive pulley
50 shot of NX
pacesetter header
^ One of the biggest setbacks on the 2.2 ohv is the cylinder head, opening it up will give you a noticeable gain with the mods you have listed.

Really, I find that mine has alot of potental in the hands of the right tuner. If you can tuner the 2.2L what makes you think the 2.4L will serve you better?
