I was at the local pawn shop the other day and they have two visonik subwoofers in a visonik box one guy I know has them and they seem to sound pretty good. I was also looking at 3 8inch orions in a box for 130 dollars which were 800watts .. what your guys think is better ?
visonik and orion are both good. Orion will be a bit better quality iirc those should be when they were made by DEI. how much are the visoniks and what wattage?

id prob take the orions. usu those box deals have the lowest economy subs of the brand. take for example the mtx box deals at circuit city (not the sledgehammer boxes)
they have it at the pawn shop for a reason, lol. JUNK

Visonik = owned by Sameer Corp I BELEIVE**, all their stuff is mass produced in China and shipped in huge qautities, which is why it is so cheap. It is better then jensen, or Pyle, Legacy, Pyramid etc... BUT it is still junk. spend your money elsewhere.

Visonik's high end isnt THAT bad....but it prob isnt thier high end thats in that pawn shop. go with the orion if you only have those 2 to choose from.
Well I already have 2 pionner subwoofers but my box is destroyed and I was looking at the subs there because they are decent priced and come in the boxes and everything .A box for two 12inch subs is like 100 bucks and I can get 3 orion subs in a box for 130 so ... lol
just make a new box, itll be less than 100 bucks
pep boys sells 2 10" visionik subs in a box with an amp and wiring kit for 80 bucks, and 2 12's (250RMS each) for like 120 or so...not a bad buy, but dont expect a lot. and thats brand new, so screw the pawn shop. i work at pep boys, i know, ive seen what they do. pretty good considering its complete in all one box ready to go for about 100 bux....but not loud by any means.

Visonik's high end is good. The V4000d is where it's at
i have a visonik DVC 10" in my bandpass and its really nice. i bought it mostly because the price was right, and the reason why it is so good is because my boss constructed and made it that good.
visonik is really not that bad, but then again anything can be made to sound good if you have the right tools.
Injection is nice but id rather be BLOWN!
Go ahead and get the Visonik, you will just end up getting better quiality stuff later on. I went the generic route at first, now I f'ing regret it. So all that money that I spent on the generics is a waste since I am replacing everything, components, 6X9's, subs, and amps.
