ok i want to get a set of 6.5s. but i dont know if i want to get just the speakers or the compnent set. i dont understand 100% why they make a coaxle and a comp set with the same exact product. what diiference does this make in the sound? and what are your opinions on blapunkt? never dealt with them so i dont want to waste my money.

I have a feeling JL and El feugo will be on any second now, but ill throw my 0.022625 CAD (0.02c USD ) in From what JL has told me in the past the components are better than coaxle, cuz you can like move the tweeter around to get it to sound just right for you and what not. I know hardly anything bout this stuff but he convinced me to get components so ya... id do it lol

Coaxial have the tweeter fixed into the speaker, and doesnt allow you to move into a different place to adjust the sound, some coaxials offer a pivoting head. Alot of time Coaxial tweeters are a little bit lower quality than your typical component set.

Component sets offer a seperate tweeter and mid, that you can move around to adjust the image and soundstage of the speakers, the crossovers that are included with components are usually 10x better than coaxials aswell.

Components usually have a higher power handling as well.
