i recently installed two 7 inch monitors in my headrest, and the dvd player on the roof by the dome light. i have a pioneer head unit, the dvd player is a ssl sd140v, and the monitors are boss audio bv7vt. now here is my problem. my head unit works fine, the dvd player has no audio output other that one set of wires that connect to the dvd player for the audio and video outputs, and the monitors have no audio outputs only inputs. the a/v wires from the dvd player, one red, one white, and one yellow. all three are male connectors. the a/v from the monitors, there is an audio 1 and 2. each monitor has two red, two white, and two yellow. one for each video source. all of these connectors are female. first, i need to find a way to connect one male connector to two female connectors, one for each monitor. second thing, how do i hook up the two audio(red and white) rca's from the dvd player to the headunit so i can hear the dvd's. keep in mind the head unit has no input sources. do i have to get a new headunit with rca inputs, or could an aux. source, like one for an ipod, work. i have a wire that i use to hook my laptop up to my cd player at my house via rcas. would that wire deal work. sorry this post is so long. ive been trying to figure this crap out for a while.

this is how i am thinking of doing it. the yellow lines represent the video rca's, and the red lines represent the red and white audio rca's would this way help.
