It tells me to hook the power up to a battery, but i just ran it off a fuse from the fuse panel on the inside of the dash... is this right?? also for the switch that came with it, it had 3 wires.. the switch was a momentary switch i think.. i hit it and it goes on, and i hit it again and it goes off. it had a white wire that went to teh relay, a red wire that says to put to the parking lights, and a black for ground.. what i did was took the battery wire, the parking lights wire, and the power wire for the halos and ran them onto one mini fuse that was in the fuse panel on the inside of the car... and for the switch, i replaced with a rocker switch, i hooked the "parking lights" power wire which isnt from the parking lights, it coming from the fuse panel.. and the white wire from the relay on the switched part.. and the ground from those wires, i just capped off.. because i figured it was for just the light in the switch that came with it.. the led in the rocker switch i have has its own ground with the other 5 rocker switch.. the thing is, all of a sudden im burning out led's in all the switches that are on for a little bit... maybe i hooked something up wrong?

if your talkin about them lights off of ebay with the halos then you should just go by the diagram and use the switches provided. when you hook the wires up the way it shows them, your foglights turn on when your lights turn on and stay on with brights and you use the switch provide to turn them on and off. i just went by the diagram and it all works great.

ya but i dont like that cheesy switch.. lol i like to be organized and have it with my other rocker switches.. i think i need to rewire the relay or something so it doesnt just come on unless i have my switch on.

This is confusing but it sounds like the same problem with the stock Z24 fog switches. They can not handle the current flow for running your lights, all they do is turn on and off the relay which runs your lights. This explains why you are burning up the leds in the switch after a few minutes.
I think, by what you originally posted, the best thing to do would be:
1. run your parking light wire to the switch unless you can find your lowbeam wire. This way your fogs only come on when your lights are on.
2. run out of the switch to the relay.
(if this wire is 12 volt then it goes to 86. run a ground wire to 85. or.... if the wire you are using is negative, then run it to 85, and run a fused 12 volt lead to 86)
3. run a fused 12 volt lead to 87 on the relay.
4. run 30 to your power lead of the lights.

i might just hook them up to the lights so they are always on when my lights are on...
