haha maybe this should be in the newbie section but i dont care.... i need some tweeters for my 454ss pickup and i dont know which type to buy....i know there are different types and i want a recommendation on the type of tweeter and i good brand to buy!!

Well theres plenty of brands like Alpine, Kicker, Memphis, Focal, etc. all great manufacturers. but are you looking to add just tweeters to the factory system or what. if so. why dont you upgrade to a decent inexpensive comps that will perform better. and when looking at tweeters theres 2 main kinds. Silk and Titanium. the Titanium i have been told aare alot more harsh on the ears. there all ive owned. so i dont know for sure. where as silk usually brings out your mids more and are alot warmer sounding compared to the titanium. hope this helps.
