As of now i am running the current setup : 4x6 pioneers, 6x9 eclipse, the deck would be either Pioneer DEH-P7700 or Clarion double ADB304MB or maybe Alpine CDE 9870
(maybe you guys suggest which 1 you would prefer and why). I am looking to power the 2 rear eclipses and also am going to get an 8' sub and with another amp. So my question is how does this setup sound overall? And what tips would you give me on how to best install and tune all that.

Get ready for people to tell you to remove the 4x6 and install some 6.5 component speakers there instead. Also i would among many others prefer to not use the rear speakers. I find it awkward to have sound coming from the rear, when you go to a concert do you hear music coming from the front or from behind???
If you are dead set on the speakers you can power them with the headunit. And in terms of the HU what features are you looking for? And stating a budget would help us recommend specific components.
Easiest way - get rid of the 4x6's, replace with 6 1/2's. Get kickpanels, insert 6 1/2's. Amp them. Go something a little bigger than an 8, amp it. Don't do rear speakers.
