What head unit to get?

My current Alpine IDA x100 is really angering me as of late, to say it's been buggy is an understatement. I'm looking for a unit that will do full control and browsing of the iPod, but also has a CD player and good sound quality.

the new 988X head units are definitely worth looking into. I am also pretty happy with the recent, previous generation Pioneers.

Im very happy with my 9886. Cant say how it sounds off the internal amp since all my speakers are amped. I like my Pioneer also until it died

Cool man, let us know how it all works out for ya. I think you will like that unit. They are pretty easy to navigate too.

What kind of amp did you get?

If youre amping everything turn Power IC off so the internal amp isnt powering anything.
