Hey i have a 99 cavy and of course the pre 2000's models have the 4 bulb head lights i was wonder is there a way for when you turn on the high beams to have the low beams stay on too? because the high beams arent as bright towards the front but they are nice down the road so i was wonder what can be done to have all 4 bulbs on when the high beams are on

yes
you need to wire a relay.
low beam is a constant and high beams is a switched input, and power and ground of course..
that way our low beams will be getting constant input even when you switch to high beams
