You can the Mandrel bends for the downpipe from ebay and the intercooler piping for ebay also. For the mandrel bends type in the size of the pipe you want and then mandrel bend. Example....2.5" mandrel bend. For the intercooler piping they sell aluminum universal kits on ebay so type in like 2.5" ..intercooler piping. I bought stainless piping and mandrel steel bends for my intercooler piping but its up to you with what you want to do.

what company did you get your intercooler and turbo from??

most intercoolers from ebay are cheap and junk...you can look through one end tank and see the other side, there is no internal fins...which means they are pretty much just a pipe made to LOOK like a intercooler and do nothing

I got an ebay intercooler, and I am very impressed with it, obviuosly it is not a 400 dollar intercooler, but just get a larger one than needed, and you should be good to go.

as for the downpipe, you will lkely have to make some Jap style bends to make it all fit (at least I had too) but it worked well with only a cheap welder.

that was the first one I made (as a temp) I am going to have a nicer one made, well actually, will look more like these....

HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED

The turbo is coming from some guy in TX i won it off ebay. The intercooler is also coming off ebay. Some store called BMPC or something like that. How would i know if the intercooler is crap b4 i buy it? And a buddy at work is telling me they if find the right manifold or an adapter for the one i'm getting i can make it a twin turbo setup. Anybody know how to do that? thanx

You are on the J body site, Sunfires and Cavaliers not Berrettas and Grand Ams
Parts like manifolds are specific to the J's

Only reason im on here is because the majority of cavalier parts for 2.2's fit berettas with 2.2's, now correct me if im wrong sir and i'll gladly not post on your site, but until then answer the question as best you can or nevermind you ever said that in the first place. thax. back 2 business

The chassis on the bretta and the cavaliers are different, which means different downpipe, and I bet different Exhaust manifold for the Turbo also. Same engine family is not a gurantee that the parts all interchange. However I will agree that you are on a forum that has some very resourceful and ingenious people.

Well the engine came out of a 96 cavalier when i blew up the original, so i think i'll take my chances

if you have the 2.2 out of a 96 cavalier you better hold off for a but on the turbo because you should look into the top feed conversion first. search for it in the forum. actually if you search "emry top feed" you should find exactly what i am talking about . i am building a turbo 2.2 ohv engine and that is what i am going to to.

because we have side fed injectors we have to convert to top fed or blow the engine up.
