dose the gm s/c come with the stuff u take to the dealship to he the computer reflashed?or are the going to have something there? do all the dealshi[ps have this?sorry for all the ?`s im going to order this soon and i just want to find out about this frist.

First be lucky that someone has done the "You need to do a search on this topic as it has been posted a million times" line already.
Yes, You will take your recepit and the sticker that comes in the kit with you to the dealership after the SC kit is installed on the car, plus the money for a one hours wage, and the dealership will have everything they need.
make sure that after they do the reflash, that they plug in the new map sensor. when i took mine in, the guy reflashed it and was getting frustrated because the car wouldn't start. i spent 3 hours at the dealer because the guy didn't read the directions that i had printed and highlighted for him. i ended up talking to the service manager and he let me go back to look at it and i plugged in the map sensor and it fired right up. moral of the story, stay there and watch what they're doing. odds are, they've never done anything like this before and they just need some guidance. have fun with your charger

Agreed. When I had the GM charger installed on my 2.4L, I literally went from dealer to dealer interviewing them. Only one seemed confident and competent. Needless to say they installed the charger without any issues or problems.
Oddly I never got a sticker or anything to give the dealer but they did it anyways.
I just gave them the part # for the reflash I needed and told them to plug in the map sensor.
I didn't interview them...it was more of an interrogation.
The car was parked, and I walked about 20 feet away to talk to the service writer, while I was talking to him, some other guy decided to go and start my car and start driving it, I ran my ass over there in a second and told him EXACTLY how to drive it.
I'm not sure they liked me.
It took them 4 hours to do mine because their computers weren't compatible with my ecu or something like that...
