The kit is second hand, its Borg's old one...I would not have paid full price for this kit and bought it new. I'm running the GM S/c Reflash and hit 7 psi consistenly with daily driven reliability. This kit isn't for everyone, and still has its downfalls, but
if setup properly Its really nice. Thanks for the comments. And if anyone is looking for a custom fabricator in Montreal, Rawtek is the way to go.
So that's where is old kit went.... lol....
Nice work on the piping... I may drop them a line for my charge pipes in spring.

yeah I know the kit can run good if everything is fixed.. Rodimus did a lot of work on his... and it turned out a lot better then what he started with.. like 161 whp to up over 180 after a lot of fuel modification and stuff

Nice.Sometimes i miss my vortech. The only thing i hated was i had to rev the piss out of it
to get full boost. On my balt,i just tap the gas and im at 10-12 psi.I just wish my s/c sounded like a vortech. It sounded like a jet when you were cruising around. You might wanna put a gator back belt on there. You might get a couple extra pounds of boost.I was hitting 8-9 psi with it.I have the part number laying around somewhere if you want it.

I'm currently running Gatorback part # 4060370 its a 6 rib 37 inch diam. belt...My old belt was worn and slipping only yielding about 5 psi...with the new belt of that same size I'm at 7psi. Maybe my new belt should be a little tighter. I'd appreciate that Part # if you could dig it up man. I'm also still running a completely stock exhaust, and no proper intake setup yet. The sound of the blower is definitely the best part, Gotta love the constant whistle followed by the BOV.
But you're right you need to wind her up to see full boost, thats where the GM roots type is nice. I have a 3800 S/C buick Regal GS for my winter beater so I boost in the upper rev ranges all summer and then down low in the winter. haha
Ok,i found the part number, its 4050375.Im not sure how many ribs the belt had though.I had 1 of there first kits they sold,so they could of changed the pulley design. When you tighten it,crank that @!#$ down so you can get more boost out of it.You ever dyno it?I wish i had it with the gm flash.Mine was a 98 so i was sol.On a bad tune it hit 199 hp.

I'm planning on Dynoing the car this summer after the exhaust and intake setup are done. I'll post some results when I can. Thanks for the tips man I appreciate it. And yeah it runs like a champ with the reflash, just like stock reliability.
