I am having problems with the turbo charger I just bought for my 2004 cavalier. Its a XSpower T04e. On the tag it says Stage 3. There is not enough room for the turbo to fit in between the Firewall and the manifold. The A/C piping (I think) is blocking it too. I have no idea if this turbo is just too big to fit in my Ecotec or what. I need some help.

Sounds to me like you have more problems than fittement...Consider yourself lucky that it doesn't fit.
VERY FEW have had success with their turbos.

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
Someone needs to shut those guys down so we can stop telling people how much money they are tossing away
As has been said, not a great choise in turbos. I have heard of guys running them with no problems, but I have heard of way more guys running them with nothing but problems, or having them blow within 500 miles.
As for fitment, it's all in the header. On my first header the largest turbo I could fit was a t3 .48/.60. On my new header I am running something that is about two inchest larger then a t3/t4 I have kicking around.
I have only seen two kinds of turbo headers for my car....A log style and and the header style one that looks like its not going to come close to fitting.......will I need to custom make one?
tubular is best bet when running a larger turbo you can do all kinds of designs including ramhorn, or even a top mount design look around your area and get someone to fab it up with the turbo and wastegate or even you can do it if you have any skills at fab work
What state do you live in ? If you live in Arizona you can go to Peakboost or Full race.

Nothing like bolting a $200 turbo to a $1200 manifold....

i have a ITS T3/T40E on my eco with a cav connection tubular stainless manifold with no A/C and the firewall still had to be notched. you could always take the dash off and do that.
