i can get a srt4 intercooler super cheap but the inlet/outlet go towards the motor instead of out each side like i need. how hard would it be to mod the end tanks to the setup that i need?
i dont have the intercooler in my possession so i cant look at it to try to figure something out
not hard at all, you just need someone that can weld aluminum. or if im not mistaken, the tube come out straight, then bend. if thats true, you can just cut it were they start to bend.

its not possible at all, asking as i am turboing my car and would like to use the srt 4 intercooler possibly
Easy if you can weld or know someone that can weld. Cut off the current pipe flush with the tank. Then cut a hole the size of the pipe (using a hole saw) into the tank where you need it to be, and weld the pipe into that hole. Then you can take the piece of aluminum that you cut out and weld it in to cover the original hole the pipe was in. Done.

I thought you were going to use it with the m45 because i saw it in
your sig. i had no idea you were putting in a snail. i was going to say
a srt-4 intercooler on the setup your car in the sig has would be
the stupidest idea ever.
