Oil question??

Does it matter if the oil inlet is on the bottom of the turbo in the car and the oil outlet on top is it sufficient enough for oil needs??

A turbo's oil system is gravity fed, the oil outlet MUST ABSOLUTELY be pointing down. You'll blow the turbo up if its not. There should be no reason why it can't point down, you can rotate the center section.
