Just inquiring about boosting my 00 GT 2.4L. I dont have and oil leaks or burn any oil. I keep up on every oil change and all recommended maintenance and the car runs great.
The only issue I could for-see in the future would be needing a clutch job b/c I'm sure the stock clutch wouldnt last to long after boost is added. RIght now the clutch is fine, grabs tough and no problems. But can a stock Clutch handle the extra HP without slipping? I dont drag or run quarter mile so it would be mostly cruising boost.
Any tips would be appriciated.
I'm putting mine on this week, 173,700 miles.

What would the expected HP be for bolting it onto a stock motor? I have some mods. Check my registry for info. How much boost should a person expect from the S/C?
If this a true complete kit. Why would it say "accessory drive belt required for installation. " So after spending that much money you still need to buy a new belt?
Regards,
Wow nobody knows anything....there are almost literally THOUSANDS of posts answering all these same stupid questions, yet people keep asking them...
14.330 @ 96.37mph
because it needs a belt to drive the supercharger its self.... the GM KIT comes with it.
