i have the 2.4 s/c and want to run the 2.6 pulley but will i need a smaller belt to run it? i have the coolingmist meth injection hooked up but i hear all different mixtures and what not to use. i think i want to use HEET at a 50/50 ratio but does anyone know how much methanol is in heet. should i just mix one bottle of heat to one bottle of water or what? and last but not least to run 2.6 pulley, would it be a good idea to get the 370 injectors out of a cobalt ss before i swap to the 2.6 or will it be ok with the stock 310s?

As far as the methonal goes, if you have the Coolingmist pump, it is designed to run a 50/50 mixture. the pump was designed by sureflow for this application. I am not sure about HEET, but if you are concerned you can buy 100% methonal and mix it with destilled water.

there was an old thread about the methanol injection, it has a FAQ, and some other posts, I think someone said HEET is something like 99% Methanol, but it's been a while...

go and get your self some -45 degree windshield washer fluid and your done, mixture is done for you right there... even -35 would be good... if its good enough for my old man to run 30psi of boost using the -35 windshield stuff, then its good enough for us to use (i personaly use the -45 stuff but thats only cuz i still have boxes of it left)

On a cooling mist sure flow pump you can run 100% meth. They just print 50/50 mix on it so it is less likely to have a fire in your car.
