Okay it took me 3 hours to tear the motor apart to the block, i already sent it to the machine shop so now its time to get all the parts that I will need. Now I already got the t3/t4 turbo so now I need additional parts to complete the kit. I have a 99 OLDZ Alero GX with the LD9 so will the turbo manifold for the Z24 work on my application?

Yep, same engine as the Z24 so the exhaust manifold will work for you.

yeah, just be sure to get MANDREL bends, cuz that crush bent shiit is going to look like ass in the engine bay, not to mention rob some HP.
as for the Z manifold, any 2.4 manifold will work for you, in fact you'll have it much easier than us j owners cuz you have about 1more entire foot of clearance back there. and seeing as how you dont have your cruize control module right above the manifold, you could even go for a turbo header (ram-style) and it would fit amazingly well. depends on your budget though.
