i'm currently using that AFCO unit. Its twice as thick as the stock cobra heat exchanger, so the bwoody brackets won't work unless you mod them. i've never heard anyone say that the AFCO heat exchanger is oversized, there are actually several of us running that setup. i'm very happy with the AFCO h/e, it looks good and it works well

I have the single pass but dang...paried together with the GMPP dual pass end plate...that may be the ticket I'm looking for to lower my temps!
