Well I stopped by my local Chevy dealer to inquire about the supercharger kit for my 2002 Z24 (2.4L). He dropped the price down to 1485.33, with tax it came out to be 1607.87 and should include the cost to have the ECM reprogrammed. I purchased it right away since crateenginedepot.com wanted 1590.00 shipped to my house. Seemed like a really good deal to me, anyone know if the programming is included since I purchased the kit from the dealer and will have the programming done there?
not sure, it's supposed to be included with any purchase of the supercharger, however they get you on labor costs

According to the paceparts.com website it states that with the purchase of the supercharger kit from a dealer the labour to reprogram the computer is free if you have it done at the same dealer the purchase was from. So I believe that after I install the kit I will be able to get the ecm reprogramed for free.
mmk, then you got a good deal. i paid $88.00 to have mine reflashed

I'd say you've done well to get a dealer to go that low on the price, good work.

I didn't have any issues getting that price. I simply showed the parts manager what I could get the part for online and he matched it withing 20.00. I was really impressed I thought there was no way in hell I was going to get it for that price since it is listed at 1929.00. If anyone else is in Texas and wants this deal go to Pariot Chevy in Killeen.
