What do you guys think of the Hahn Racecraft turbo kit. I was thinkin about just buying a kit instead of building one. I just think it would be easier and I could just upgrade parts on the kit when my need for more power takes charge.
STAY AWAY from HAHN turbo kits, there horrible, id rather go with a cheap ebay kit, that way you will have to worry about getting everything on your own. The HAHN kit, will be to complete and take the fun out of acquiring all the pieces. Plus the HAHN kit will handle a good amount of boost, you don't want that, stay away! Go with a pieced together kit that will not last long at all.

why be a smart a**. just answer his question.
the hahn kits are very complete and very good quality kits. if you wanna spend the extra money instead of piecing your own together then go for it. there is also the gmpp supercharger.
Im not a real big fan of superchargers. I respect the people with them but on the other hand i would rather go with turbo.
Is there anything extra I should prolly get before installing the turbo kit if and when i buy it. I have the polyurethane top mount insert and replacement bottom mount. I still have the two tranny mounts but not the five speed to go with it quite yet. I will be swapping in a five speed before I turbo it though.
There are a lot of topics on the forum that discuss what you need to build / install a turbo. I'd go through those. And yes the Hahn is a nice choice.

I know that there are alot of topics that discuss this I was only wondering if there was anything over the kit that I would more then likely need.
i personally went custom. i could have went and bought the hahn kit but by going custom i found out what does what, what goes where and how. ive also spent almost double of the stage 2 kit. but i feel that my kit may have higher potential than what theirs can with the right tune and what not. now im not saying the hahn kit is bad, its simple, straight forward, bolt on and go. but i enjoy the challenge of custom.
Hahn Racecraft........FTW !!!!!
One weekend and an extra 90h.p. under your seat.
I agree, I will be going with the Hahn Kit next winter. I don't like the idea of buying everything seperate...
