Just as the title says we are currently looking for a cavalier or sunfire with the 2.4L engine. We prefer for the engine to be as stock as possible. Small things like intake and such dont really affect what were lookin for. Your car will be used to test out a turbo kit... the kit will be fitted and tested on your engine with a front mount intercooler and fuel upgrades.
Heres what we need from the donor...
- Your car will be needed in our possession for about 2 weeks, where it will be installed, tested, and dynoed.
- Unfortunately we are not a HUGE company and do not have the ability to give out a turbo kit for free, however we will give it a great price! And install/dyno it for free! The kit would cost the buyer exactly $3000 installed/dynoed. Kit includes T3/T4 turbocharger, aluminum intercooler pipes, front mount intercooler, fuel injectors, fuel upgrades, oil lines, our stainless steel exhaust manifold, stainless steel down pipe that bolts to factory exhaust system, tial 38mm wastegate, turboXs blow off valve, stainless wastegate dump tube, and all needed hardware.
- We are located in Milwaukee, WI so the vehicle should be close to us however if one is willing to make the drive feel free!
We been getting excellent feedback on the ecotec kit so we wish to push the market more! We will also be posting photos of the kit as it progresses. We prefer payment about a week before the vehicle comes so that we can have ALL the parts instock ready to start being installed to make the downtime of your vehicle as short as possible. Thanks! I say you guys should make multiple kits for the 2.4L. Example: Turbo kit for a stock engine. Turbo Kit for 2.4 with the HO intake manifold. And just an intercooler kit for the stock LD9 intake/HO intake manifold guys that are already turboed.
Hmm possible, we were considering making an intake manifold similar to the HO style just with short runners. Something else that would tested on this 2.4L.

well i have a 98 LD9 that doesn't have the engine in it.. the car is on my carport awaiting installation... WI is a ways away from georgia

Im looking into doing thisexact thing on my 2.4 but i am in Kansas City so kind of a drive. I cant wait to hear about this build though. I am going to start to look into how to do the same build. So any help would be more than appreciated.

I have tried to send you guys some emails but never got a response. i am 3 hours south of you and thought about taking a drive up to WI to see your shop. I am seriously interested and ready to go. I have a 2002 z24 with a brand new 2.4 motor in. 5 yr. 100,000 mile warranty Just got broke in with about 2000 miles. car has 74945 now exactly. I was considering going custom with a turbonetics new gt-k 350 with spearco intercooler. I am looking for a turbo kit and your looking for a candidate. Again I am very interested but I need to hear from you.

im at school and my car is just sitting at home near chicago. i have no use for my car cuz i wont be driving it for awhile but im deff not lookin to pay 3g's for a turbo setup when i already have all my turbo stuff and hpt.
id really love to help out esp cuz the car is just sittin there but idk what to say. pm me if there can be some sort of negotiation.
