On the side of the charger theres is a black "can", with 2 vaccum lines coming off of it. One goes to the charger and the other goes to__________?(please fill in the blank). Also what exactly is this can, some sort of wastegate or blow off/pressure relief?

Hmmm....seems I stuck a screw in mine to block it off....thought the instructions said to do that?

that's the tranny vac line.

To answer your question, it is the bypass valve.

if its the by-pass valve , then 1 is vented
if its the evap purge than 1 goes to the tank , other under the tb
