yes i am running a 1 bar map sensor .tuned with hpt. and the thing with the supercharger it is easy to tune because the the power curve on chargers is very clean doesnt jump with boost.

depends on how and what you are planning to tune with.

I would recomend going with a 2-bar if running boost, but there have been plenty of good 1 bar tunes out there to run low levels of boost.

You don't have to, but it's nice to be able to adjust timing during boost. That's coming from someone at 15 psi though.

so the only difference between 1 and 2 bar is the ability to tune during boost...if u change the sensor how will the computer know whats going on?and what what i know there is a wiring issue...how would that be overcome?

Now your thinking with your dipstick Jimmy! The 2bar sensor is only needed for the SC reflash cars... If you are not running the reflash, don't waste your time trying to fake a 2bar tune...

Also, like i said before, FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE so we can see what exactly you do have and can help you in the future....

not really a waste of time doing the fake 2 or 2.5 bar tunes, just takes more time than a 1 bar tune would. to be honest, im glad i did the fake 2.5 bar rather than 1 bar, this way i can adjust my timing when i start spraying..

read the FAQs in the tuning forum and how-to posts on the fake 2.5 bar if you want to understand the difference
