so ive been looking into the hahn turbo system for my o2 cavi and want to know what other peoples thoughts are on it before i drop the cash for it. things like " dependability, boost rangs, hp and torque, turbo life, ect. " if you know any more about this system please fill free to comment.
If you want a bolt-on kit that you dont have to piece together yourself it is the way to go.
I just installed one a few weeks ago very easy runs pretty smooth.Good if you dont want to do any homework and make your own.
Well it probally can be this car dynoed 356whp with a stock head at something like 20-23psi.

is that with the 16G or the 20G
I have the Hahn Stage II w/20g made 253 on 8lbs. I've been daily driving it for 3 years turbo'd. Kit is for sale for alot cheaper than new also if your interested.

That's with 20G and a mildly built engine and upgraded fuel system (PortFueler, in this case). So equipped, we made 406 WHP and went low 11's. Stock head, stock cams, stock valves with upgraded pistons, rods, valvesprings and headstuds. This very simple build was all it had.
Performance wise, the best numbers we've seen are 11.60's with the 16G, 11.20's with the 20G, using a 2650 lb (with driver) 2003 Sunfire with slicks.
Ultimately, after using this turbosystem to lay down the quickest numbers any street J has seen, we decided to have some fun with a BIG turbo and a more built engine. Car then made 640 WHP and ran mid 10's. High nines were possible with further chassis development, but my son (the driver and mechanic) joined the Air Force, so we called it good!

Been running 350 WHP now for 2.5 years and 35,000 miles without so much as a hiccup with the Hahn kit and 20G. Just need a bigger wategate so I can put another 35k on it at 400+WHP. It's my daily driver, plus I drag race and road course race regularly so essentially no shortage of abuse.
(engines completely built by the way so the longevity in the engine is from that but as far as the Hahn components no issues there what-so-ever).
