need help picking the perfect turbo for the ld9 engine that does not touch the valve vover

The perfect turbo is the one that fits your power goals to your engine build. Without knowing what kind of power you're looking for, your question is really meaningless. In any case, if you're worried about cam tower clearance, you need to let people know what manifold you are using, as the flange placement on it will be the deciding factor.

im using the str manifold looking for about 6psi so i dont have to upgrade my fuel or internals.i have bouight acouple turbo but the compressor side wheel hits the cover i put a spacer but still having the same problem.

You have to upgrade your fuel for 6psi. Youll need some way of tuning or your LD9 will be toast.

should i just upgrage my injectors or install a fmu?

If you just install larger injectors how will they know to add more fuel?

You either need to use a tuning program like HPTuners to tune the ECU for the changes you are making, or run a FMU to add more fuel in boost, or even a combo of both.
