At the risk of sounding stupid, what is the piece shown below? I assume one end needs to be attached the t/b for a vaccuum signal, what about the other?
Thanks...

Thats for your Evap, i think One Side Connects to the Evap Cannister and the other to the tb/manifold.. im not sure though i havnet had one of those for a while but it IS for the EVAP system.. just not sure where it goes connected to.

Oh man, what is that?
I looks like one of the pieces I had to run a vacuum line to when I did my intake manifold swap. But, it was never just chillin' there. It was connected to something below the alternator...
Once I get up and going I'll go look at my engine bay and try to remind myself.

R.I.P. Brian Klocke, you will never be forgotten
yeah, it bolts on to the ac compressor and that vaccuum line hooks up right to the t/b.
12's......here i come
Thanks guys. Yup, I knew the one side went to the t/b, but wasn't sure about the other. Had a feeling it had something to do with the evap system though, since the part in the picture says 'can' on the port I have empty. Could this be the reason my car is running like ^&*( still?
Brandon, looking forward to the pictures. How's the engine work coming along?

That is the EVAP purge solenoid. The port that says "can" goes to the charcoal canister located by the pcm. There is an aluminum line that comes out by/under the coolant reservoir that it connects to.
Brandon, email sent.
Justin, I knew that too. I checked with my DMM and the output is 1.21 (must read as "one point twenty-one") jiggawatts. It's all good, now I just need to find a place to get to 88 mph.
Tr, thanks, I'll check for the line when I'm home from work.
