there are four allen head bolts on the drivers side of the ecotec engine. there are two rows, one row is higher up, and the other is lower, like this:

Do BOTH 1 and 2 provide oil flow? or just one of them? thanks.
there is 2 right above the egr block off plate the 1 closest to the firewall is the best place to tap
^ what he said, i used both of them however..one is kinda tight becuase of the EGR plate...you can look at
this to help you.
here is a pic from our local site , with the oil tap in the front of the 2 taps i as refering too , the other 1 is behind the black split loom on the right

damn and I used the one under the intake manifold

so did i, the gm race team tapped the unit holding the oil filter.
hahn uses the head like in the pic , and saab's 2.0 turbo uses the plug on the exhaust side of the block
thats pretty slick mines way down on the oil pan

How do you get oil FEED from the oil pan?
