Alright, as I heard my loan went thru (put it off for a while) I am finaly going to take my engine and complete it as I wanted too about four months ago. I've decided to choose J-Tuners as my Turbo Kit provider, there customer support and ethics are great, the owner (or co-owner) spent over a hour with me going over each and every part of his kit, and i assume we will be going over more infomation on our next call (yay!)
He highly suggested upgrading my fuel system, so I've checked all the sites I know that offer j-body parts, here is a list of what I came up with...
$2500 Turbo -Jtuners
$999 intercooler set-up. -Jtuners
$311 320cc Injectors -Car-customs
$110 Accel 2.4L Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator -HighRev
$ 90 OEM Replacement High Flow Fuel Pump (255LPH) -HighRev
$ 10 NGK (4) TR6 Plugs -Carcustoms?
Debating on rather or not I need the venom fuel rail, if so thats between 100-200$
I already have a AF gague, but a wideband might be helpful for tuning.. And I may try to obtain a MSD unit for my timing and stuff...
The main thing I am worried about is my current cam set-up and rather or not to sell them (3000 miles) or if I can use them. I really, TRULY don't want to take them out, its a pain in the butt and what not... =\
JBP Stage 2 Cams
(Duration @ .050*- Valve Lift INTAKE 260*- 377 EXHAUST 268*- 375
If anyone has any suggestions on compoents (other then the turbo \intercooler) please lemme know. I really feel that J-tuners has some good research, and I'm putting my trust into them after speaking to them =)
Positive Feedback always needed =)

honestly i would stay away from HRM. they seem to be having a lot of customer service issues lately. im sure karo can get you both the parts you were going to get from them. you might want to get a FMU as well
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

Hmm.. I'll call Jenny and see whats up.. they have always taken well care of me, and sponsored me pretty much once too after my major accident and loss of my SunFire.. but I'd be happy to work with Karo, he is a great guy and has a lot of things going for him =) thanks for the input =)

You don't need the venom, or any other fuel rail, you don't need cams. An adjustable FMU like the cartech/begi is a great little tool with a lot of adjustability that's quick and easy. Spend a little time searching on the net and you can find one for $200. Ditch the AF gauge for a nice WBO2 like karo sells or any of the others. Zietronix seems to be the WB of choice w some of the dsm guys I know.
Fuel rail and cams can come later when you actually are making the HP necc for them. I know my stock ECO cams will take me a long ways.
I can't skip on the cams, they are already installed, so that is a direct worry to me... need to find out if they will work. So far J-tuners is heading to the idea I will need to swap cams =\

My bad I misread that. Best thing to do is call JBP and ask them how well they will work w FI.
=\
I had the impression from JBP that this cam would work with my engine set-up and up too about 7-10psi tops, but nothing above it.. now I get told it won't work and its a NA cam only ... blah.. phone calls.. here I go again.. =\

Technically, as long as the intake manifold pressure is higher than the exhaust manifold pressure, you can run as much cam as you want
However, that's not going to happen. Still, I say leave the cams in and give it a shot. As long as your turbo isn't over sized and your manifold flows decently (your spool time would be rediculous otherwise) I think you'd be okay, and your power up top should be throw you back in your seat, hold your breath, change your diaper awesome.
I'll be running a JBP stage II in my car with the boost
Although, just a heads up, everyone on this board will tell you otherwise, except maybe Russ.

Thanks for the input..if I do decide to change cams (evil, evil thought) Anyone wanna buy some .... lol.. I am also gonna have a RSM header, and RKSport intake avail =\
Not sure if you checked my reg, but I do have rsm's head (P&P stage3) the intake manifold is ported, and the 62mm tb.. so not sure if that will help with the cams.. ?

It will help your engine breathe, which is always good....except for possibly in your situation...
Check your exhaust port diameter and then check with JTuners to see what their inner primary diameter is. On a turbo engine (especially with extra cam duration), you want to make sure there is a step (bigger) when the air leaves your exhaust port. It may hurt your gas velocity a little, but it helps to prevent the air from passing back through your cylinder into your intake charge (reversion=bad).

If you were to turbo with the cam's wouldn't adjustable cam gears aid in overlap and all that for the FI....?
