Just thought i would share for those looking for clutches so far the spec stg3 has been nothing but good to me
i just had it installed on friday, and have already put almost 200miles on it, so soon itll be broken in, but just from "granny driving" it i can feel how much ahrder it is clamping, the pedal is a bit stiffer, but after dringin it a few days you dont even notice, but the engagement point is MUCH higher than stock, its comparable to a truck clutch id say. Stop and go isnt really any worse IMHO. My stock clutch was slipping if i shifted hard into 2nd and 3rd, but with this een tho i havent been hard on it yet, i can feel it clamp down and the tires slip a bit in 1st and 2nd, so there is no slippage. It really for me hasnt taken and getting used to, it seems more "natual" for me than stock. SO those of you looking for a lcutch i recommend the spec clutches, esp the stg3
Thnx karo

sounds awesome man, i was thinking about putting in the stage 3 when i go turbo. How was the install, you have to pull the engine right?
I got that commin in the mail, did you go with the lightened flywheel too?
Rich
yeah the stage III to me was not a bad clutch some time i forget i am driving a stage III. I just got use to it from day one. I will say i drove my bosses manual pathfinder yesturday and after driving that and coming back to my car the clutch felt so much different.
Come on guys if my wife can deal with you guys can. Sometime she takes my car to work.

I went with the Spec Stage 3 and a RK Aluminum flywheel and really can't tell much difference from stock other then having to give it a little more revs to take off in first gear. I'm real happy with mine...
