My friend is a dumb one and poured a little bit like a 20 oz pop bottle lid full of Antifreeze in his tranny fluid and has no lid for the pour hole he was wondering if that can really mess things up???
Umm yeah...they are 2 different types of fluids.

if its an automatic, the antifreeze will delaminate the clutch frictions and delaminate the lock up clutch in the torque converter. a little bit of antifreeze is way too much. it shouldnt be driven at all untill the trans is fully flushed. if its a manual get the fluid changed.
