short throw shifter

i was just wondering what the difference was between the B&M short throw, the fidanza short throw, the one for the 2003 cavy @ www.k2motor.com, and the ones on ebay, other than cost whats the diff????

many changes in the making
my favorite part about doing bodywork,.......... bondo bugers

We have been trying to get the Fidanza shifter since August of 2005, Fidanza has them made in China and they have been stuck in Customs since the first of the year. We have them on the site www.TurboTechRacing.com but wont sell them because it may be months before they are actually to the retialers.

At this rate we would suggest only getting the B&M unless you want to wait a long time.

i know about the customs thing with fidanza but i was wondering what the DIFFERENCE is between the short throws made by different companies other than cost, b/c i heard that the cheaper ones could f*&k up my tranny

They are actually almost both identical in design.

I don't know about ebay, we don't like dealing with it because half the time the sellers on there don't know what they are selling. Sometimes they even re bandage the name to make it sell better.
