my name is tyler and i am up the creek without a padle i went to get in my car after work today and noticed a pudle under my 01 z24 so i crawled under it it was tranny fluid the tranny fluid is all over the outside of the hood the driverside fender the wheels and tires the engine block there is a pudle on top of the tranny the tranny fluid is in any place you can think of wtf it doesnt make any noise the car runs strong can somebody please help me i would like any help you guys can supply

well sounds like the problem i had when i blew i think it was the diff pin but somthing in the trany on my 97 z24 i was driving and all a sudden a big lack cloud of smoke came from behind my car when i got it home i lookd at it there was a cell phone size hole rite where you check your trany fluid the fluid flew every where i would look around your trany to see if thats the problem i could still drive mine to i just dont think its to smart to be driving around with no trany fluid

Maybe somebody just poured it all over your car...

Actually, look at the seal around the output shaft of the transmission. I am currently having the same issue, car drives fine, but there fluid EVERYWHERE! so just thought.
