The linkage on my tranny keeps popping off at the transmission, I have a new end piece off a parts car, how can I change the ends on it if it can be done. It is the bigger end of the two. Any help would be great.

I think you are talking about the plastic piece with the metal fitting on it for a 5 speed right? This happened to my GFs car and i just got the end piece ran it under hot water and pressed it in with a c clamp and a large washer. Believe it or not it worked and has been working for 10K miles, lol.
