00 Sunfire Tranny fit 03 Grand am eco?

I have a getrag here from a 00 Sunfire (2200) and I have a buddy with a 03 Grand am with the eco tech and his transmission (5 speed) has bit the dust. Will my Getrag fit into his grand am without changing the mounts or anything?
