I need to replace the F23 transaxle in my '04 Cavalier. I was trying to find the cheapest low mileage used one I could, when I found a new 2009 F23. I e-mailed the seller to check if it will fit my '04 (sure looks the same, same RPO code), but I wanted the input from someone who doesn't have any financial stake in it. It's only a bit more (with free shipping and insurance) than most of the good low mileage ones I've found and it's new.

I cant really tell from the pic but it looks like it says that the photo is from a 2000 transmission.
I can't tell if that's a 0 or 9 at the end it's so small, but there's a pretty good chance it's a representative picture anyway. Lets assume that it is in fact a 2009 Getrag F23 w/ RPO code M86, will that work in my '04?
