getting a replacement transmission. what kind of trans oil and clutch fluid should i use?

i heard ATF works. true?

F23 comes from the factory with ATF Dexron in it.

would royal purple ATF work?

Yes. Royal purple is fine.

I put B&M trickshift ATF in mine. Both are great replacements

do they help the transmission feel any better when driving? and will the prolong the life of the trans?
