I got a short throw for my 03 cavi and I put it in last night. Now I can't shift into first or second very well. Any idea how to fix this?
Probably have to adjust your shifter cables. Where they attach to the shifter there is a adjustment. You will see what I mean.
I've tried that at least ten times
Did you mark the cables before you took the assembly apart?
I know which cable is which. That's not the issue. It just isn't going far enough to the left to engauge first and second
Had the same issue. Ended up shimming my centre consol closer to the drivers side. Wasn't getting enough clearance to move shifter far enough left. After I made the adjustments i was shifting perfectly
