I just bought some chrome rims on the weekend, and their pretty grungy... i used "never dull" to get the first coat of dirt off them, but their still not shining... i have some chroms polish, but i'd could go for a few suggestions on stuff that works well... thanks

Brillo Pad, SOS Pad whatever you want to call it. Wet the rim and the pad and clean. I swear you will be amazed by the results.

that will work but you run the risk of scratching the rim.
Believe it or not it doesn't. Until I saw it done myself I never believed it. Once you finish just take some Mothers Chrome Polish to it and it gives it that added shine.
My brother doesn't even polish his rims anymore and just uses a Brillo Pad, the Chrome Rims are two years old and still look brand new.

i still wouldnt do it. its rubbing metal on metal. it could do damage
use secret agent wheel cleaner on it first.
then use mothers chrome polish.

Use Coca-Cola and some Tin Foil, not even the leading chrome cleaner will give you results like that, it will even remove slight surface rust.
that Coca-Cola and tin foil was tested on Mythbusters on the Discovery channel...and they found that it worked quite well.
