Wheelmax.com without a doubt. Great service, quality, price, and shipping speed. I trust ebay with a lot of purchases. but if you somehow got a defective wheel/tire, ebay seller's are not who you want to deal with for support.

Since someone mentioned E-Bay, check this guy out, I purchased my wheel/tire combo for an awsome price....
Chaperral Tire 432.683.3720 ask for Nick, let him know I suggested him to you.
He is limited to selling American Eagle wheels... they have a tuner line TUNER
I bought the Style 047 17x7.5 with Kumho Escta 711 225/45-17's
