well i am looking for some light weight wheels and have narrowed it down to 2 wheels
the sport max 003 forged
this wheel weighs 15 pounds in 17 but is 750 for the four wheels
or the konig hurry wich weighs 20 pounds in 17 but costs 675 for four wheels
which are better i have the money just need to make my decision just got the money yesterday needed to complete the wheels and i have the tires already
#1
the lighter, the better.

"The J's weren't designed to be sports cars, the suspension sucks, the brakes are tiny, and the target market for our car doesn't need to be able to do any more than 65mph." - Shifted
A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
I would go with these:
They are Centerline Storms. The 17's only weigh about 13 lbs. each. Right now you can get a set of 4 directly from Centerline for about $650 shipped because they apparently have an overstock of 17 inch wheels. Just my 2 cents
...they got those in any diff. colors? i like em, but dont like shiny finishes.
oh..to the original poster...i like the hurrys. beautiful wheels, and thats a good price...just if u can deal with a 20 lb wheel. still not real heavy...though i thought with a name like thatl, theyd be a tad lighter, lol.
...don't hate!.. respect people that have talent, even if it is in something you don't like or understand.
hey can anyone give me a link to the centerline wheels cuz i like those alot i think they will look cool on my car cuz its blakck but do they have them in any other colors either ways i like those alot give me a link please
20lbs is NOT light for a 17" wheel IMO.
Hey Cavipower1, they only come in polished or chrome, but I think they would look really good an a black car too. Heres a link:
Centerline Storm
oh 650 for real! damn thats badass i want those then if they are so light! i want those. do i call centerline and ask them do they selll them directlyoff thier site?
Yeah, you can even order them online through that link I posted. Just click the little dot next to the one you want, and then click buy.
If you follow that links there's a @!#$ buy online button right there. How the @!#$ could you miss that?
i meant to post before he posted the link so yeah i saw that theres a buy online button but i meant to post the question before he posted the link thanks
well i ordered the centerline storms hopefully they do actually weight 13 lbs in 17" cuz thats what i got. anyone else have these wheels? thanks
^^^Well, thats what I was told when I was asking around about them. The 17" Centerline RPM's weigh 13.5 lb each, so I couldn't see how the Storm's would weigh any more than that, since they are both one-piece forged billet wheels. The only difference is that the RPM's have 6 spokes instead of 5 spokes like the Storm's.
I called Centerline and was told that all of the 17x7 wheels are between 14 and 15 pounds. wheelweights.net is obviously wrong. I don't understand why the rpms only have a load rating of 1100 and the other wheels have a load rating of 1200. You'd think that would make the rpms lighter. Guess I should have asked.
