Are they the correct size?

Are they tightened to the correct torqe specs?

Are the wheels the correct size? (hub centric)

everything on the car is stock. i havent changed anything on the wheels. they are just the stock 16 inch alloys

check to see if there is any corrosion on the back of the wheels or on the hubs, that can cause lug nut to loosen, clean that up, put wheels back on, torque the wheels(100 ft lbs) before putting it on the ground, and re-torque after about 25 km/15ish miles.

after that, everything will usually be good

Just remember to re-torque them after a hundred or so miles.
