how are they universal?? if they are 4 lug they wont fit a cavalier... am i correct?

No, they wont fit. But that posting probably showed up because the steelies he's selling WILL fit.

i assuming the rims are 4x100 and 4x110?

Cav's got the 5x100 bolt pattern, therefore, no they will not fit.
