i posted earlier about my new wheels not fitting my car because the studs were to short. i tried to put one on the rear this today and it seemed to fit fine. why are the studs longer in the rear then the front??
Last time I looked im sure they were the same length. MAKE SURE you have the correct lugs for the wheels. They have a few styles of taper on diferent lugs for different wheels. If your not sure, then bring a rim to a tire shop and have them look at them. Iv seen wheels come off on people because they were not running the proper wheel bolts. Better safe then sorry. The "hats" on the drums are thinner than the "hats" on the discs(area where the studs pass thru).
