Im pretty sure most third gen Cavs are 15s. Though my Sunfire has 14s.
I always thought 14" and 15" were about equal in use. I've seen plenty of Cavs, including my own, with the sawblade-like hubcaps
2 of mine had the 15" steelies with sawblade hubcaps.

My 1999 Cavalier RS came with 15x6s and sawblade hubcaps. helps the fuel mileage, seeing as how I only have a 3-speed. Not sure if there's some correspondence between that transmission and the 15x6" wheels. I do know that the stock-size tires are a little bit more expensive and trickier to find than the 14". At least in my experience.
