Went to my local GM dealership and asked for a price on a new replacement carpet for my Sunfire. Almost fell on the floor when he pointed at the price on his screen. $868 and change plus tax. He shoke his head too and said it was crazy. So I am trying to get rid of my stock tan carpet, no I don't wanna dye it. So anyone buy the ebay ones for $129.00??? Didn't know if they are like the stock ones and quality of these carpets. My carpet now which is like new I guess is gonna stay for that price, just wanted to get rid of the tan carpet for the stock black/charcoal. Thanks for your time.

My suggestion would be to check out junkyards, eBay, etc. and see if you can find a newer Sunfire with carpet that's in good condition. It will be cheaper and easier than getting aftermarket carpet.
Just give it a good scrubbing before you install it and it will look great with a minimal amount of time and money.
Yeah I checked the very few 2dr fires around my area and the carpet's in them are trash. Either full of dirt, torn up down by the foot area, full of glass, grease on them or water logged from the windows beat out so. Guess I might hold off on replacing it for awhile till I can get some reviews of people's thoughts on the ebay ones. Not in no hurry cause I still got my car stored since Oct gone. I bought my carpet from Autocarpet.com I paid about 175.00 it was pre-molded and came with the sound backing. These people were very easy to deal with, fast shipping and you can get nearly any color you want and any loop style.
I found mine on ebay reasonably priced. It was an ACC (Auto Custom Carpets) Brand.
Pre-molded & easy to install.
