They won't fit.
The vibe's a re-skinned virsion of a Toyota Matrix, which is mostly engineered by Toyota.
The car's based on a Carolla, which means it uses the Corolla hardware for the steering.

Just to tell u now the newer sunfires can't have the steering wheel changed because GM uses a differnt hub than the older ones, so you're kinda stuck with it =(

Actually, if you want to use an older Sunfire steering wheel for example, all you would need to do is swap out the steering column for an older one. It's not too difficult.
Gary Frank did it on his '05 Sunfire.
